Managing your email preferences
ATTRIBUT sends three kinds of email — a weekly digest, a monthly digest, and connector alerts — and you can turn each one on or off independently. Every one of these emails also includes a one-click unsubscribe link, so you're never stuck receiving messages you don't want.
To manage them, go to Preferences and find the Email preferences card. It lists three toggles, and each one saves the moment you flip it — there's no separate save button to click.
The three email toggles
All three are on by default. Turning one off stops that specific email without touching the other two.
Weekly digest — a weekly summary of your attributed AI value.
Monthly digest — a monthly roll-up, sent once a month.
Connector alerts — a heads-up when a connected tool stops syncing (goes silent), so you know before it becomes a gap in your data.
A "connector" is any tool you've linked to ATTRIBUT to feed it usage data, such as the CLI or GitHub. If you haven't set one up yet, see the Connectors help articles for setup steps.
How the toggles work
Each toggle flips immediately when you click it — there's no separate save step. If a toggle fails to save, for example because of a network error, it snaps back to its previous state and shows an error message so you can try again.
Unsubscribing with one click
Every weekly digest, monthly digest, and connector alert email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it opens a confirmation page asking whether you want to unsubscribe from that specific email type. You don't need to be signed in, and you don't need to visit Preferences first — the link itself works as your authentication.
Confirming on that page turns off only that one email type; it doesn't touch your other two toggles. For example, unsubscribing from the weekly digest leaves the monthly digest and connector alerts untouched.
You can turn any email type back on at any time from the Email preferences card in Preferences.
