I can't sign in
Most sign-in problems come down to one of two things: your browser is blocking the sign-in pop-up, or you're using a different sign-in provider than the one tied to your account. Work through the fixes below in order.
Nothing happens when you click "Sign in"
attribut.ai signs you in through a provider — Google, GitHub, another social provider, or email — and provider sign-in can open in a small pop-up window. If that pop-up is blocked, clicking "Sign in" can look like it does nothing at all.
Check your browser's address bar for a blocked pop-up icon and allow pop-ups for attribut.ai.
Try signing in again from a private / incognito window.
"Google won't let me sign in" (or GitHub, or email)
attribut.ai remembers the sign-in method you last used, and your account is tied to the provider you originally signed up with. If you signed up with Google, for example, trying GitHub or email instead won't find your account.
To fix this, go back to the sign-in page and choose the same provider you used when you first signed up: Google, GitHub, or email.
